All attunements and empowerments at Charms Of Light are currently being offered by distance learning method. Distant attunements are just as effective as in-person attunements, however if you would prefer in-person training, please contact me for more details. ♥ Usui Reiki
The Usui Reiki method of natural healing was founded by Dr Mikao Usui in Japan in the late 1800's. It is probably best known as the "original", or traditional style of Reiki healing, and includes hand positions and symbols as part of the healing practice.
The three levels of Usui Reiki can be reviewed as LIGHT, LOVE and POWER.
The Usui Reiki 1 attunement is focused on mainly opening the physical body so that it can then accept (channel) greater quantities of life force energy. There may also be a tendency to open up visionary qualities, helping you to know your soul's true thoughts and purpose.
The attunement will raise the vibratory rate of the four energy centres of the upper part of the body, which are also known as chakras. The initiation attunes both the heart and the thymus while also attuning the heart on the etheric level. It also affects the thyroid gland and on an etheric level helps to open up the throat chakra, which is our communication centre.
The attunement also affects the third eye, which corresponds to the pituitary gland (our centre of higher consciousness and intuition) and the hypothalamus, which affects the body's mood and temperature. The crown chakra is opened, connecting you with your spiritual consciousness and its corresponding partner, the pineal gland.

The Usui Reiki 3 / Master attunement tends to open up the ability to manifest spiritual vision and love in a practical, active way in the world. It is the energy of power and action.
The Usui Reiki 3 course consists of information on two additional Reiki symbols and how to use them. One of these is the master symbol that is used for healing, spiritual work and to transmit the Reiki attunement from the teacher to the student. ♥ Kundalini Reiki
Kundalini Reiki was developed by Ole Gabrielsen. It is a user-friendly, simple and strong Reiki modality. It differs from other Reiki methods in that there are no symbols or hand positions to remember. You can choose to purchase each attunement separately, or as a full series.
The Kundalini Reiki 1 attunement opens the healing channels to allow channelling of Reiki energy. At the same time, you are prepared for the safe Kundalini awakening in Kundalini Reiki 2. The crown, heart and hand chakras are opened/strengthened. You are taught to perform a complete healing treatment and to heal remotely from a distance. Kundalini Reiki 1 is the equivalent of the USUI Reiki 1-2-3 attunements (except that you cannot yet attune others). It includes:

Kundalini Reiki 2 strengthens the Reiki channels. The Kundalini awakening, where the main energy channel opens gently and surely, alighting the Kundalini “fire”, reaches the minimum solar plexus chakra, preparing for the full Kundalini rising in Kundalini Reiki 3. You are also taught a specific meditation. When you perform this meditation, you increase for a short time, the power of the flame in the Kundalini fire/energy. In this way, all the chakras/energy systems are enlightened and a cleansing takes place. (Minimum 2 days after Kundalini Reiki 1). It includes:

I'll 'try' and share my experiences with you but, rest assured, it was far beyond anything I can say in words :)...Also words/talking is not my strong point so........
From the beginning I felt the Archangels around me. I had wonderful feelings of peace, love and warmth. The connections were given individually...each time I saw the relevant colour and was also given the chakra it related to.
