Look at the Jewellery & Gift Gallery and choose what you would like to see more of. Simply click on the picture thumbnail of the category you are most interested in and you will be taken to the gallery for that item. Once in your chosen gallery you can view the items available, along with detailed descriptions of each item.
You could also use the navigation bar on the left hand side of your page. Simply click on the category name you are most interested in. A list of options will slide down for you to choose from. Click on the link and you will be taken to that page.
How can I see a piece of jewellery in more detail?
Simply click on the thumbnail image and a larger image of that item will appear in a new window.
What metals are used in Charms Of Light jewellery?
The jewellery at Charms Of Light is made with sterling silver (925), 9ct gold or 14k rolled gold. In some very rare cases, I have used Tibetan silver, which is a silver alloy made up of silver, copper and zinc. In all cases, the type of metal used will be stated in the information section for each piece of jewellery.
What currency is the jewellery price listed at?
All prices are shown in GBP £. Payment, is accepted in GBP £ only. For overseas customers, the current exchange rate will be calculated at the time of your purchase and shown with your payment details. You can also use the available International Money Converter.

All Customers: There are two options to choose from when making your payment.
- You can make your payment by credit or debit card. I use an SSL Certificate which enables encryption of sensitive information during online transactions. You can be confident that all information given is safe and secure.
- You can make your payment through PayPal Express. For PayPal account holders, this is a fast and secure way to make your payment by either credit card or directly from your PayPal account.
UK Customers: If you live in the UK, you can also choose to pay by cheque or postal order in GBP £ only (details will be sent on completion of your order). Please note that cheques will need to be cleared before dispatch of your order - usually around 3-4 days.
Overseas Customers: The current exchange rate will be calculated at the time of your purchase and shown with your payment details. You can also use the available International Money Converter.
Is it safe to purchase online with my credit card?
Yes. I use an SSL Certificate which enables encryption of sensitive information during online transactions. You can be confident that all information given is safe and secure.
How much will shipping and handling cost me?
Shipping and handling (P&P) charges include a gift box or bag for each item. A description of the healing properties of each gemstone is also included. All purchases are posted in a padded envelope for extra protection.

Can I have my purchase(s) sent to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. Simply complete your preferred shipping details during checkout..
Simply click on the "Add to basket" buttons to add your choices to the shopping basket. You can view your shopping basket at any time. When you have completed your shopping, click on the "Checkout" button. You can then choose your payment options. Payment is accepted by credit card, cheque (UK customers only) or postal order (GBP £ only).
To purchase a Charms Of Light Gift Certificate, simply fill in the amount you wish to spend and the name of the person the certificate is for, then click on the "Add to Basket" button.
Can I purchase more than one of any particular item?
All the jewellery at Charms of Light has been individually handcrafted. Owing to the natural variations in all gemstones, each piece is unique—one of its kind, in colour, shape and design. Please see below for more of an explanation:
♥ Pendants ~ Each pendant set in sterling silver is strictly a "one-of-a-kind" piece. In other words, the photo you see will be of the exact piece of jewellery you will receive. If you see something you like, purchase it today—there will never be another exactly like it again!
♥ Necklaces, Bracelets, Earrings, Healing Gifts ~ I sometimes create more than one of these items. In these cases, you may receive a different piece than the one shown in the photo. Where there is only one available, this will be mentioned in the item description.
You can order more than one of any jewellery design. However, as with all gemstones, there will be slight variations in colour and patterning. If you require more than one of any particular piece of jewellery, please contact me before placing your order.
Can I purchase more than one item?
You can purchase as many different items as you like.
Can I place a wholesale order?
Yes. Wholesale orders are available on selected items. Please contact me with your requirements.
Can I request a piece of Custom made jewellery in my own choice of design and/or gemstone?
Yes, of course. If you see a particular style you like and would like it in a different gemstone, just let me know. I would be happy to make it up for you, as long as your choice of gemstone is still available.
I am also happy to Custom design something especially for you. A small, non-refundable deposit is required on Custom Orders.
Do gift certificates come in set amounts?
No, you can purchase a Charms Of Light Gift Certificate in an amount of your choosing. (Gift certificates are made available in GBP £ and are not redeemable for cash).
How can I find a gemstone with the “right” properties for me?

Why do some gemstones looked chipped or blemished?
All gemstones are natural occuring rock forms. The appearance of the odd small blemish or small flaw within them are all part of their natural beauty. Each gemstone type has its own particular hardness. Sometimes, the process of tumbling, polishing and cutting the gemstones doesn't always cover up these natural blemishes. They are perfectly normal and not damaged in any way, and have retained their natural healing energy.
Are my personal details kept private?
Your privacy is very important to me. Your name will never be shared with any third party and any information you send me will be kept strictly confidential.
Will wearing gemstones cure my health?
It is important to remember that healing is not the same as curing. Healing is helping the body, or mind, to become stronger and consequently better. Always see your doctor if you have nagging health problems or serious injuries—healing with gemstones, Reiki and Distant Healing complements, but is not meant as a substitute for medical, or psychological, diagnosis and treatment when needed.
