I've been desperately trying to keep up with the rules and regulations of shipping packages to Europe.

Although I ship my products worldwide, Charms Of Light is still a very small business.  Because of this, I have made the decision to keep things as simple as possible for everyone.

From 1st July, the VAT threshold for items sent to the EU dropped to zero.

This means that ALL goods may now be subject to VAT and a clearance fee, while goods above €150 may be subject to customs duties as well.

I am, at this time, unable to take on the responsibility and burden of the administration work involved in working out the taxes and charges for each EU country, and then applying them to each product that I sell.

To keep things simple, I will continue to sell my products to customers in the EU, but unfortunately you may have to prepare yourself to pay these extra costs before your packages are delivered.

Unfortunately, if you do not pay the required VAT and fees, your package will be returned to me.
