Wherever possible, I endeavour to post all healing products within 3 working days - Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) of receiving confirmed payment, with the exception of custom orders and items specified as "made to order" which may take longer.

Your package will include a gift box or bag for each item, and a description of the healing properties of each gemstone. All purchases are posted in a padded envelope, or box, for extra protection. See Eco Packaging for more info.

I use UK Royal Mail for all shipping requirements. A tracking number will be given for all packages.

There are a number of shipping options for different destinations around the world. You will automatically be offered the options available for the destination country you provide in your shopping cart.

All delivery options are calculated based on the weight and size of your package for each separate delivery address.

Royal Mail reviews its pricing regularly, therefore shipping prices are subject to change without notice.

UK Delivery:

Royal Mail DOES NOT offer compensation for jewellery that is lost or damaged using the Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 service. By choosing these options the customer agrees to be liable for any associated costs and/or loss if your package is lost and/or damaged.

A Royal Mail tracking number is provided which offers tracking of your package through to proof of delivery.

FREE Delivery

UK orders over £70 qualify for free shipping. Your order will be sent using a Signed for Delivery service.

A signature is required on receipt.

Special Delivery from £7.95

Your order is guaranteed (by Royal Mail) to arrive at most postcodes by 1pm the following working day from the date of dispatch (excludes weekends and public holidays). See Postcode Exceptions on the Royal Mail website.

A signature is required on receipt. This option compensation up to a maximum of £150.

Tracked 24 from £3.50

Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch (excludes Sundays and public holidays), although this could take longer during busy periods.

This option does not offer compensation.

Tracked 48 from £2.70

Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch (excludes Sundays and public holidays), although this could take longer during busy periods.

This option does not offer compensation.

International Delivery

For overseas customers, once your item has left the UK, your package will be handed over to your local postal service for delivery.

Some countries have postal restrictions on semi-precious gemstones and/or jewellery. Please check with Customs & Excise in your chosen destination before placing your order. If you choose to go ahead with the purchase of any item(s) that are restricted, you take full responsibility for any loss or additional costs if the items do not reach their destination.

International orders weighing over 2kg will be split into 2 packages.

Europe:

* Items sent from the UK to the EU are subject to VAT and duties in the EU. Customs clearance charges and fees may be payable in your country (see the European Commission - Taxation and Customs Union website for more information).

Customer is responsible for the payment of any VAT, duties, or fees charged for receipt of their package.

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch (excludes weekends and public holidays), although this could take longer during busy periods.

EU International Tracked & Signed (T&S)

Your package will be sent by Airmail and can be tracked right up until delivery abroad. A signature is required on receipt.

EU International Tracked (T)
- from £12.00

Your package will be sent by Airmail and can be tracked right up until delivery abroad.

Everywhere Else:
