All payments are accepted in British Pounds £ only.

All Customers:  There are two options to choose from when making your payment.

1. You can make your payment by credit or debit card.  I use an SSL Certificate which enables encryption of sensitive information during online transactions.  You can be confident that all information given is safe and secure.
2. You can make your payment through PayPal Express.  For PayPal account holders, this is a fast and secure way to make your payment by either credit card or directly from your PayPal account.

UK Customers are also given the option to pay by bank transfer.

International Customers: 

• Payment is taken in GB Sterling (£) and any correspondence about your order will show this.  Your card issuer, or Paypal, will automatically convert the amount to your own currency using an exchange rate as set by them on the date of purchase.  (Please note: your own bank's currency exchange may differ slightly to the one provided on this website.). 
• Wire Transfer is available (by request only).  Items will NOT be held, and your order will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.  An additional GBP £5.00 charge will be added to your order to cover fees charged to me by the bank for receiving international funds.

Your package will include a gift box or bag for each item, and a description of the healing properties of each gemstone.  All purchases are posted in a padded envelope, or box,  for extra protection.

I endeavour to post all healing jewellery, crystals and healing gifts within 3 days (usually sooner) of receiving confirmed payment (Monday to Friday - excluding bank holidays), with the exception of custom orders, which may take longer.  Cheque payments will need to be cleared before orders are dispatched which may take up to 7 days.

Yes.  Simply complete your preferred shipping details during checkout.

Simply click on the "Add to Cart" buttons to add your choices to the shopping cart.  You can view your shopping cart at any time.  When you have completed your shopping, click on the "Checkout" button.  You can then choose your shipping and payment options.  Payment is accepted by PayPal, credit card, or cheque (UK customers only).

All the jewellery at Charms of Light® has been individually handcrafted.  Owing to the natural variations in all gemstones, each piece is unique—one of its kind, in colour, shape and design.   Please see below for more of an explanation:

♥ Jewellery ~ Most items are one-of-a-kind pieces, however I do sometimes create more than one.  In these cases, photos will be for reference purposes only.  The jewellery you receive may not be exactly the jewellery shown in the photo.

♥ Crystals ~ You can order as many as you want of any crystal - as long as stocks are available.

♥ Gifts ~ I generally create more than one of these items.  In these cases, photos will be for reference purposes only.  The gifts you receive may not be exactly the gifts shown in the photo.

♥ Healing Art Gift Cards are available as single cards, or packs of 5 and packs of 10.

You can order more than one of any jewellery design.  However, as with all gemstones, there will be slight variations in colour and patterning.  If you require more than one of any particular piece of jewellery or gift item, please contact me before placing your order.

You can purchase as many different items as you like.

Generally, the answer to this question is "No".  I do not mass produce any of the pieces available at Charms Of Light®.  Sometimes there may be more than one piece available but unfortunately, not in wholesale order amounts.  However, please do contact me with your requirements and we can discuss.

Yes, of course.  If you see a particular style you like and would like it in a different gemstone, just let me know.  I would be happy to make it up for you, as long as your choice of gemstone is still available.  If your crystal is no longer in stock, I can certainly look into obtaining it through one of my trusted suppliers.

Yes, I am happy to custom design something especially for you.  A small non-refundable deposit may be required on some custom orders.

Gemstone Consultations (when needed) for custom items are charged at £20. This fee will be deducted from the purchase price of your custom order if your healing jewellery/gift is over £45.

First of all, if you feel drawn towards a particular stone (or stones), then they will be the right ones.  You can also read about the special qualities of specific gemstones under Gemstone Healing Properties.  In addition, there is also a Gemstone Guide to Conditions.  If you are still unsure as to which stone would best suit you, or need more thorough advice, you can request a Gemstone Consultation.

All gemstones are natural occurring rock forms.  The appearance of the odd small blemish or small flaw within them are all part of their natural beauty.  Each gemstone type has its own particular hardness.  Sometimes, the process of tumbling, polishing and cutting the gemstones doesn't always cover up these natural blemishes.  They are perfectly normal and not damaged in any way, and have retained their natural healing energy.

♥  Ecosilver - Used for general components, wire-wraps, crochet work.
Ecosilver is an eco-friendly alternative to sterling silver.  It is made of 100% recycled silver products and can be worked with in the same way as silver, for the same quality results, it is just simply more environmentally friendly.
Please note:  Silver can tarnish quite easily, leaving it looking black and dirty.  To ensure that your silver is kept shiny it can be polished gently with a jewellery cloth, or you can use a standard silver polish.

♥  .925 Sterling Silver - Used for general components, accents, wire-wraps, crochet work (when I am unable to use Ecosilver).
Please note:  Silver can tarnish quite easily, leaving it looking black and dirty.  To ensure that your silver is kept shiny it can be polished gently with a jewellery cloth, or you can use a standard silver polish.

♥  100% Pure solid Copper - Used for general components, accents, wire-wraps, crochet work.
Please note:  Copper is likely to develop a distinctive patina. Patina is not a "defect", it is a natural by-product. If you do not like the patina effect, you can clean copper goods using standard copper polish.

♥  9ct Gold - This is 37.5% pure gold, used for general components, accents.

♥  14ct Gold Fill - This is also known as Gold Filled, used for general components, accents.
Gold Fill is a layer of gold which is bonded by heat and pressure to a base metal core (usually brass or copper).  The term “Gold Filled” can only be used when the amount of gold used equals one-twentieth of the total weight of the piece.  14ct Gold Filled (or Gold Fill) is referred to as 14/20 G.F.  The first number is the carat of the gold layer, the second refers to the amount by weight of the gold in relation to the base layer.  Gold Fill represents a valuable, yet affordable option to carat gold.

♥  Coloured Artistic Wire - Used for crochet work.
Artistic Wire is a copper-cored wire that is covered with a coloured polyurethane coating.  It is an excellent wire for permanent colour.

♥  "Beadalon" Beading Wire - Used for beaded jewellery, and some crochet work.
This is an excellent bead stringing material made from stainless steel wires that are coated with nylon, enabling strength and flexibility.

♥  Cord - I use leather, waxed cotton, or waxed polyester for different effects in some necklaces, macrame, and crochet work.

Your privacy is very important to me.  Your name will never be shared with any third party and any information you send me will be kept strictly confidential.

It is important to remember that healing is not the same as curing.  Healing is helping the body, or mind, to become stronger and consequently better.  Always see your doctor if you have nagging health problems or serious injuries - healing with gemstones, reiki and other alternative therapies complements, but are not meant as a substitute for medical, or psychological, diagnosis and treatment when needed.  See *Disclaimer.
